１．ICRP＆NPO福島ダイアログ共同ウェビナー動画と資料公開のお知らせ
2026年3月12日に開催されたICRP・福島ダイアログの共同ウェビナー動画が公開中です。当日リアルタイムでご覧いただけなかった方も、この機会にぜひご覧ください。
ICRPウェブサイトから、英語・日本語どちらもご覧いただけます。こちらでは視聴者の皆さまからの質問とその回答も掲載されています。
1. Joint ICRP and NPO Fukushima Dialogue Webinar Video & Materials Now Available
We are pleased to share that the video of the joint webinar hosted by ICRP and NPO Fukushima Dialogue on March 12, 2026 is now available.
If you were unable to join us in real time, we warmly invite you to take this opportunity to watch the recording.

In addition, presentation materials from the five speakers who joined us on the day are now available on the NPO Fukushima Dialogue website.
It also includes reference materials on post-accident activities in Fukushima Prefecture, including measurement initiatives and related analyses.

２．【OECD-NEA、原子力規制庁、NDF主催】東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故後15年の節目に関する国際会議 申し込み開始のお知らせ
2026年6月27日（土）・28日（日）の2日間、福島県双葉町 Hotel FUTATABI において、「東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故後15年の節目に関する国際会議（15-Year Fukushima Daiichi Accident International Workshop）」 が開催されます。
本ワークショップは、これまでの歩みや教訓、今後の課題、廃炉の進展、地域の未来について、国内外の専門家・関係機関・地域関係者が意見を交わす場で、当日は、当法人理事長 安東 量子も参加予定です。
2. Registration Open: 15-Year Fukushima Daiichi Accident International Workshop
The 15-Year Fukushima Daiichi Accident International Workshop will be held on 27–28 June 2026 at Hotel FUTATABI in Futaba Town.
This workshop is an international conference marking fifteen years since the TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station accident, providing a forum for experts, institutions, and local stakeholders from Japan and abroad to discuss progress made so far, lessons learned, remaining challenges, decommissioning, and the future of the region.
Ryoko Ando, Chairperson of NPO Fukushima Dialogue, is also scheduled to participate.

３．『共同専門知プロセス』書籍オンライン出版開始のお知らせ
市民と専門家が協働し、原子力災害後の復興に取り組む「共同専門知（Co-expertise）」をテーマとした書籍 『The Co-Expertise Process-An Inclusive and Sustainable Risk Governance Approach for Post-Nuclear Accident Recovery』 がオンライン出版され、無料で公開されました。

本書は、NPO 福島ダイアログ の活動の理論的な基盤となるCo-expertise（共同専門知）について包括的にまとめた初めての書籍で、当法人理事長 安東 量子をはじめとした、NPO福島ダイアログに関わっている多くの方々との共著です。
チョルノービリ原発事故および福島第一原子力発電所事故の経験をもとに、事故後の暮らしの再建、対話、リスクガバナンスについて多角的に論じた一冊です。
3. Online Publication Now Available: The Co-Expertise Process
The book The Co-Expertise Process-An Inclusive and Sustainable Risk Governance Approach for Post-Nuclear Accident Recovery, focusing on collaboration between citizens and experts in post-nuclear accident recovery, has now been published online and is available free of charge.
It can be viewed via the button below and downloaded at no cost.
This is the first comprehensive volume on "Co-expertise," which serves as the theoretical foundation for the activities of the NPO Fukushima Dialogue.
The book is co-authored by many individuals associated with the NPO including its president, Ryoko Ando.
Drawing on experiences from the Chernobyl disaster and the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, the book explores recovery of daily life, dialogue, and risk governance after nuclear accidents.
