【ご協力のお願い】地域の取り組みの活動事例を募集しています ｜ Call for Contributions: Share Examples of Local Projects
原発事故後に生まれた地域の実践を記録し、未来へつなぐために｜ Documenting Local Projects after the Nuclear Accident for the Future
福島第一原子力発電所事故から15年以上が経過しました。この間、福島県内外では、放射線から人々を守るための取り組みや、地域の回復、社会的なつながりの再構築を支えるための多くの活動やプロジェクトが生まれてきました。
第28回福島ダイアログでは、「地域の取り組み」をテーマの一つとして取り上げる予定です。この議論に向けて、原発事故後の状況をより良くするために始められたプロジェクトの事例を収集し、一覧にして将来に残していきたいと考えています。
ここでいう「地域の取り組み」とは、放射線防護に関する活動だけを指すものではありません。農業、漁業、観光、文化といった分野に加え、被災地域における生活環境の回復、日々の暮らしの再建、社会的なつながりの再構築、事故の記憶を残す取り組みなど、幅広い活動を含みます。
すでに終了したプロジェクト、現在も続いている取り組みなど、広く情報をお寄せください。個人によるもの、住民グループ、地域団体、地域の公的な主体による取り組みも歓迎します。規模の大小や成否は問いません。事故の影響を受けた地域において、個人の状況改善や、地域で暮らす人々の生活の質の向上に貢献した活動、プロジェクト、個人による取り組みについて、ぜひお知らせください。
この取り組みの収集と記録は今後も継続していく予定ですが、まずは初回の締切を2026年7月31日としています。

できるだけ多くの方から、さまざまな分野の事例を集め、事故後に生まれた個人および地域の取り組みを包括的な記録としてまとめていきたいと考えています。

More than 15 years have passed since the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident. During this time, many initiatives and projects have emerged both within and outside Fukushima to protect people against radiation and also support community recovery and strengthen social connections.
One of the themes of the 28th Fukushima Dialogue will be “Local Project.”
In preparation for this discussion, we are collecting examples of projects that were launched in response to the nuclear accident to improve the situation, with the goal of listing and preserving them for the future.
Here, “Local Projects” refers not only to activities related to radiological protection, but also to a wide range of efforts to rehabilitate the living conditions in the affected areas in domains such as agriculture, fishery, tourism, culture but also the recovery of daily life in affected communities, rebuilding social connections, and preserving the memory of the accident.
We welcome information about completed projects and ongoing initiatives implemented by individuals, groups of residents, community organizations or even local public actors. The size of the initiative or whether it was considered successful is not important. We would be grateful to hear about any activity, project, or individual effort that contributed to improve individual situations or the quality of living together in communities affected by the accident.
Although this effort to collect and document initiatives will continue over time, we are setting July 31, 2026 as an initial deadline for submissions.

We hope to gather examples from as many people as possible in various fields to create a comprehensive directory of individual and community initiatives that have emerged since the accident.
The information gathered will contribute to the discussions at the 28th Fukushima Dialogue and will help preserve these experiences and activities for future generations.
